Bhagavad Gita, literally meaning The Song of the God, often referred to as simply the Gita, is a 700-verse scripture that is part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. This commentary on Bhagavad Gita is written by Swami Mukundananda who is a senior disciple of Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj. Swami Mukundandanda is the founder of Jagadguru Kripaluji Yog which is a part of the worldwide mission of Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj, and has been established to serve humankind with the true knowledge of spirituality and Yog, as prescribed in the original Hindu scriptures, to help attain spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
